FAQ
Get in touch so we can start working together.
Do I need to be strong to try this class? No - this is suitable for complete beginners that have never tried something like this before.
What do I bring to this class? You can wear whatever you are comfortable in. We recommend sports wear or something you are comfortable in. Shorts are recommended for pole fitness will help you stick to the pole, but for aerial hoop leggings are best.
Do I have to pre-register for this class? Yes - everyone must book their space online which allows us to know numbers and emergency contact details before the class begins.
I have experience at another studio, what are my options? The beginners classes are a good place to start but are aimed for people with no experience, if you have tried pole fitness or aerial before, we recommend reaching out to us and we can advice if we think the beg/improvers class would fit you or if you would be best in the experienced class.
Do I have to wear heels? No - This is a fitness class and most people do it in bare feet. We do have specialised pole dancing classes which incorporates heels and learning how to use them as a tool within your training if this is something that did interest you. Check out 'Softcore Heels'
